# Mango Positions

A free, standalone coordinate tool for FiveM — pose a transparent stand-in and copy the exact vec4, lay out a room of props, or fit a body to an object.

Stop guessing coordinates.

Mango Positions gives you three tools in one resource. Each one spawns something transparent you can fly around with the keyboard, and each one puts the numbers a script actually needs straight on your clipboard.

**One command — `/mpos`.** It opens the tool; `1`, `2` and `3` move between the three tools once you are in, so there is nothing else to remember.

<table data-view="cards"><thead><tr><th></th><th></th><th data-hidden data-card-target data-type="content-ref"></th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td><strong>Ped</strong> <code>1</code></td><td>One coordinate and a heading, posed the way it will really be used.</td><td><a href="/mango5m-docs/free-resources/mango-positions/using-the-tool.md">Using the Tool</a></td></tr><tr><td><strong>Prop</strong> <code>2</code></td><td>Lay out a whole scene, then copy every placement at once.</td><td><a href="/mango5m-docs/free-resources/mango-positions/using-the-tool.md">Using the Tool</a></td></tr><tr><td><strong>Fit</strong> <code>3</code></td><td>Work out an attach offset — a patient on a trolley, someone on a bed.</td><td><a href="/mango5m-docs/free-resources/mango-positions/fit-to-object.md">Fit to Object</a></td></tr></tbody></table>

## Why pose it first

A coordinate that looks right standing up is often wrong for the animation that will actually play there. A bed checked standing leaves your player floating above the mattress; a chair checked standing puts them through the back of it.

**This is the point of the tool.** Pick the pose *before* you copy the coordinate, and what you line up in-game is what renders on your server.
{% endhint %}

## What you get

* **39 poses** — everyday idles, social animations, work animations and physical ones, all cycled with `E` and `Q`
* **38 props** — seating, tables, screens, shop fittings, boxes, roadworks and site kit, or add your own model
* **Four output formats** — `vec4`, `vec3`, a Lua table, or raw numbers
* **A built-in freecam** — press `V` to leave your body behind and place things across a room, up a stairwell or over a wall
* **Server-side permissions** — the ace check runs on the server, so a modified client cannot open a tool it is not allowed
* **0.00 ms idle** — nothing runs until you open a tool

{% hint style="info" %}
Mango Positions is **standalone** — no framework, no database, no inventory. It works the same on ESX, QBCore, Qbox or a bare server. The only dependency is [ox\_lib](https://overextended.dev/ox_lib).
