# Person Database

Civilian profiles read live from your framework — search, flags, officer notes, licenses, and warrant banners.

Search and view civilian profiles. Identity (name, DOB, sex) is read **live from your framework** — the bridge detects your actual `users` columns at runtime instead of assuming a fixed ESX schema, so it works whether or not `esx_identity`, a phone column, etc. are present.

## Search

By first/last/full name, identifier, or phone (`persons.view`). The MDT header's global search also routes here.

The list dashboard's stat strip counts **On File / Wanted / BOLO / Dangerous / Of Interest / In Prison** — each tile (and its matching tab) filters the list. **In Prison** (the cuffs tile) isn't a stored flag: it counts live jail records from [Jail and Sentencing](/mango5m-docs/resources/mango-mdt/features/jail-and-sentencing.md), so it tracks who is *actually* serving right now.

## The profile

* Name, DOB, phone, address.
* **License status** — read from `user_licenses` if an ESX license resource is installed; otherwise "None on file".
* **⚠ ACTIVE WARRANT banner** — any active warrant against the person surfaces prominently, with click-through to the warrant.
* **IN PRISON tag** — shown beside the flags only while the person is actually serving a sentence ([Jail and Sentencing](/mango5m-docs/resources/mango-mdt/features/jail-and-sentencing.md)); it disappears on release and can never show stale.
* Criminal history, vehicles, and case involvement cards — populated by the Reports/Vehicles/Cases modules.

## Flags

`wanted` / `dangerous` / `witness` / `person of interest` — set and cleared with `persons.flags.manage`. Flags render as badges on the profile and in search results.

## Officer notes

Free-form notes with author and timestamp; add/delete with `persons.notes.manage`.

## Audit

Every profile view, note add/delete, and flag change is written to the audit log (`mdt_logs`, type `persons`).
