# Economy

Where the money is, what each job pays, and where it goes.

A read-only picture of your server's money, built from your framework's own tables.

|                       |                                                |
| --------------------- | ---------------------------------------------- |
| **In circulation** | Cash, bank and dirty money, totalled |
| **Wealth** | How it is distributed, and who holds the most |
| **Jobs** | Headcount and what each one is actually paying |
| **Sources and sinks** | Where money is created, and where it leaves |

Sources and sinks are only as good as what tells the panel about them. Any resource can report a movement in one line:

```lua
exports.mango_admin:RecordMoney(source, amount, 'reason', { meta = 'optional' })
exports.mango_admin:RecordJobPayout(source, amount, 'police')
exports.mango_admin:RecordRobbery(source, amount, 'store')
exports.mango_admin:RecordShopSpend(source, amount, 'hardware')
```

Without those it still shows circulation and wealth from the database — it simply cannot tell you *why* money moved, and says so rather than inventing a breakdown.
